Katie Ledecky Hilariously Hands Medals to Bryce Harper Before 1st Pitch
Zac WassinkAug 24, 2016
American swimmer Katie Ledecky brought home four gold medals and a silver from the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Washington Nationals superstar Bryce Harper received a firsthand look at her prizes Wednesday.
Ledecky tossed the first pitch for the game between the Nationals and Baltimore Orioles. Before winding up, she handed her medals to the reigning National League Most Valuable Player one at a time.
Harper, ever the good sport, placed the medals around his left arm before Ledecky threw what appeared to be a strike to the delight of those in the crowd.
