Giancarlo Stanton Drives a Pitch 497 Feet in Home Run Derby

Giancarlo Stanton can hit the ball hard. He can also hit it really far.

The Miami Marlins slugger took a pitch deep into the stands at Petco Park in San Diego for one of two 497-foot dingers in Monday night's Home Run Derby.

Stanton put on a show in the opening round with 24 total shots before beating Baltimore Orioles outfielder Mark Trumbo 17-14 in the semifinal round to advance to the finals.
