SEC Remains Strong In Conference Ratings, ACC Faltering
The SEC still stands strong in this week's conference ratings. They added four more out-of-conference wins, including Georgia over Arizona State. The Pac-10 remains second with a 19-7 record. The Big 12 was the big mover with only one loss (Texas Tech's loss to Houston).
Though they finished third last year, the ACC is eighth (seventh out of real conferences). Last season, the bottom of the ACC was decent. This year's edition of Maryland, Duke, and Virginia have been dreadful.
The non-BCS conferences are not doing as well as last year, especially the Mountain West Conference. Lacking is the big wins over the Pac-10 (0-3). However, they are 5-5 against the rest of the BCS conferences.
