So when the Splash Brother showed up to AT&T Park for a San Francisco Giants game wearing a Los Angeles Dodgers hat Saturday, he got booed:

But as the Orange County Register's Bill Plunkett alluded to in the above tweet, Thompson had good reason: His brother, Trayce, plays for the Dodgers.
And by "plays," we mean he's having a good season, batting .270 with 10 home runs heading into Saturday's action. The 25-year-old even plated Chase Utley for the tying run in the seventh inning by drawing a walk.
So the hat makes sense.
But Warriors head coach Steve Kerr played it a bit safer with the neutral ballpark gear, getting a proper reception from the crowd:
