Yasiel Puig, Jared Goff Make Good Before Dodgers Game Following Twitter Incident
Jared Goff is getting quite the reception from the City of Angels, especially considering he's a kid from the Bay Area.
Los Angeles Dodgers star Yasiel Puig welcomed the Los Angeles Rams rookie quarterback to Chavez Ravine on Monday night in what would have been an otherwise normal event, had it not been for the pair's history.
And by "history," we really mean one isolated moment in July 2013, when Goff, a San Francisco Giants fan, tweeted that he hoped Puig would get a fastball to the ribs after he hit a walk-off home run against the Cincinnati Reds.

The two made amends when Puig tweeted Goff a "welcome" after the Rams drafted him with the No. 1 pick in April:
But Monday's meeting, of course, solidified their newfound friendship. It is also worth noting Goff shamelessly wore Dodger blue.
