Devils Prospect John Quenneville Scores Wicked Between-the-Legs Goal

John Quenneville looks like the real deal.

The 20-year-old Devils prospect had himself a nice season with the Brandon Wheat Kings, netting 31 goals and notching 42 assists in 57 games. He has been just as good—if not better—in the playoffs, totaling 27 points (16 goals and 11 assists) in 21 games.

Quenneville added to his highlight reel against the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies in the 2016 Memorial Cup on Saturday. With his Wheat Kings trailing 5-2 late in the third period, the 2014 first-round pick dazzled with an unbelievable between-the-legs goal.

It's one thing to do that in a video game, but in real life? With two defenders right behind you? Wow.

Something that nasty should be worth more than one goal, but the rules do not allow it. As a result, Brandon only cut the deficit to 5-3 on Quenneville's goal. The Wheat Kings lost by that score.
