Capitals' Jay Beagle Makes Miraculous Save in Overtime vs. Penguins

Washington Capitals forward Jay Beagle made a truly unbelievable save in Game 6 of his team's Eastern Conference semifinal series against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Tuesday night.

With goalie Braden Holtby out of position and without his stick, Beagle dove to stop Patric Hornqvist's shot—with his stick.

The Penguins, however, won the game less than four minutes later on Nick Bonino's goal and will face the Tampa Bay Lightning for a berth in the Stanley Cup Final.

It's a shame Beagle's heroic play was in vain.
