Reggie Rucker, Former Browns WR, Charged with Assault in Golf Course Incident
Former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Reggie Rucker is facing assault and menacing charges after allegedly getting involved in a physical confrontation last Saturday at a golf course in Highland Hills, Ohio.
According to Eric Heisig of Cleveland.com, 28-year-old Timothy Urbancic told police the 68-year-old grabbed him by the throat, pushed him and also threatened to shoot him.
Per Heisig, the incident occurred when Rucker felt as though Urbancic and his group were playing the radio too loudly. Rucker alleged he only grabbed Urbancic by the throat because he stepped toward him, and he also said Urbancic knocked him to the ground.
