
Blues vs. Stars: Game 3 Live Score, Highlights for 2016 NHL Playoffs
The St. Louis Blues took a 2-1 lead in their second-round Stanley Cup playoff series against the Dallas Stars with a dominant 6-1 win at Scottrade Center on Tuesday night.
The Stars, who elected to go back to Antti Niemi in net after he played will in relief of Kari Lehtonen in Game 2, scored first but then surrendered six unanswered goals.
The Blues' offensive stars took over the game: Alexander Steen scored twice, as did David Backes, while Vladimir Tarasenko had a goal, two assists and a game-high eight shots on goal as St. Louis outshot Dallas 39-26.

Niemi was lifted early in the second period after surrendering his third goal of the game, but Lehtonen didn't fare any better the rest of the way.
The Stars have a big decision to make with respect to their goaltending—and they need to get their offense back on track, too, with Game 4 set for Thursday night in St. Louis.
