Kalan Reed Drafted Last by Titans, Still Gets Broncos' 'Mr. Irrelevant' Jersey

The Tennessee Titans crowned the newest "Mr. Irrelevant" on Saturday in Chicago, selecting Kalan Reed with the 253rd (and final) pick in the 2016 NFL draft.

It's tradition for Mr. Irrelevant to receive a custom No. 253 jersey featuring his new title, but the one awaiting the cornerback from Southern Miss was not a combination of light and dark blue.

It was a Denver Broncos jersey.

The Super Bowl 50 champions had flown to Chicago with the orange-and-blue threads ready for what was supposed to be their pick, until the team packaged it in a deal with the Titans—their 157th and 253rd picks for Tennessee's 176th and a sixth-rounder in 2017:
