Brewers Turn 7th Triple Play in Franchise History vs. the Marlins

Katie RichcreekApr 29, 2016

The Milwaukee Brewers might have taken the 6-3 loss to the Miami Marlins on Friday night, but it was an historically noteworthy night at Miller Park.

With two Miami runners on base and Marcell Ozuna at the plate in the top of the fifth inning, the Brewers turned their seventh triple play in franchise history.

Milwaukee third baseman Aaron Hill fielded Ozuna's sharp grounder, stepping on the bag to get Martin Prado before throwing it to second baseman Yadiel Rivera for the second out.
