Ohio State Ties Record with 3 Top-10 Selections in 2016 NFL Draft
Ohio State Buckeyes head coach Urban Meyer might be the biggest winner of the 2016 NFL draft so far, as three of his players went in the first 10 picks Thursday night.
The figure ties a draft record, per Matt Barnes of NBC4 Columbus. Three former Oklahoma Sooners players were selected in the top four of the 2010 draft.

| 10 | New York Giants | Eli Apple, CB |
Yahoo Sports' Pat Forde thought it made Ohio State's failure to repeat as national champions all the more frustrating:
Bucknuts' Brandon Castel is expecting Meyer to use the Buckeyes' success on draft night when he hits the recruiting trail:
According to ESPN's Trey Wingo, the Buckeyes are halfway to tying the record for most first-rounders, with Miami seeing six Hurricanes players go in the first round of the 2004 NFL draft.
Ohio State could potentially challenge the mark. Bleacher Report's Matt Miller had three more players—linebacker Darron Lee, offensive tackle Taylor Decker and wide receiver Michael Thomas—in the top 31 of his most recent big board.
