Pirates CF Andrew McCutchen Hits 3 HRs Against Rockies
Thomas DuffyJun 1, 2018
Pittsburgh Pirates center fielder Andrew McCutchen came to play Tuesday.
The 2013 National League MVP and five-time All-Star torched the Colorado Rockies for three home runs—which is how many the Atlanta Braves have so far this season, as Baseball Tonight noted:
"Andrew McCutchen now has hit as many HRs in this game as the entire Braves team has hit all season. pic.twitter.com/GCYHTvGqTB

Impressive, yet sad.
Cutch's first two dingers came off Rockies starter Jorge De La Rosa, and his third came off Christian Bergman. The team provided highlights:
After batting .213 in 19 games entering Tuesday—including .105 in his last five—it appears McCutchen has regained his stroke.
