NFL Draft 2016: Mock Predictions for All Round 1 Prospects
We are two days away from the 2016 NFL draft, but the first-round outlook continues to be cloudy.
The most recent wrench thrown into the draft came from the Carolina Panthers, who rescinded the franchise tag on All-Pro cornerback Josh Norman on Wednesday, allowing him to sign with the Washington Redskins.
The move shook up the draft needs for both teams and could drastically alter the outcome of Thursday's first round.

Notable Picks
4. Dallas Cowboys: Joey Bosa

The Dallas Cowboys will likely come away with a former Ohio State Buckeyes star, but which one?
If Dallas was leaning toward running back Ezekiel Elliott, the reported four-game suspension of defensive end Demarcus Lawrence, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, may have swung things in Joey Bosa's favor.
If the season started today, the Cowboys would barely be able to field a full defensive line. They haven't re-signed controversial defensive end Greg Hardy. The NFL suspended 2015 second-round pick Randy Gregory for four games, and Lawrence is set to join him.
A couple of four-game suspensions shouldn't dramatically alter a team's draft plans, but Bosa is a reasonable selection at No. 4 and may have already been an option for the Cowboys.
It's also worth noting that the Cowboys aren't the typical team drafting at No. 4. With a healthy Tony Romo at quarterback, Dallas is capable of competing for a playoff spot next year, and Bosa's ability to improve the team's pass rush in 2016 may be enough to convince the front office to bring him aboard.
6. Baltimore Ravens: Ezekiel Elliott

So if Bosa lands in Dallas, where does Elliott fall?
Bleacher Report's Jason Cole reported the Miami Dolphins, one potential landing spot, are concerned Elliott may not fall far enough for them to have a shot.
Baltimore Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome has a history of landing the best available player, even if he doesn't fit the team's most glaring need. Newsome has also drafted a running back early in the first round before (Jamal Lewis, fifth overall in 2000).
The Ravens have a crowded backfield featuring Justin Forsett, Javorius Allen, Trent Richardson and others, but no one from that group looks like he'll emerge as a workhorse for the next three to five years.
Much like Todd Gurley a season ago, whom the Rams selected 10th overall, Elliott is an elite runner who could make a team like Baltimore ignore its needs to go after game-changing talent.
30. Carolina Panthers: T.J. Green

Cornerback was a first-round possibility for the Panthers even before they decided to part ways with Norman.
Bene Benwikere, Brandon Boykin and Robert McClain make up the top of the Panthers' depth chart at cornerback, but that group combined for just five starts in 2015—Benwikere had four with the Panthers, and Boykin had one with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
T.J. Green is a former wide receiver who primarily played safety at Clemson. But NFL.com's Daniel Jeremiah noted many teams view him as a future cornerback.
The Panthers' coaching staff did a great job of grooming Norman and turning the former fifth-round pick into a star, so it may be able to do the same with Green.
