Texas Rangers' Prince Fielder Strips Off Jersey in Support of the Dallas Stars

Excitement comes in many forms: regular, extra and, most extreme of all, shirtless.

When asked to give the Dallas Stars a little playoff encouragement, Prince Fielder immediately escalated into the latter variety.

Although he dutifully stood with the rest of his Texas Rangers teammates while they halfheartedly delivered a generic "Go Stars," the first baseman soon after stripped off his jersey and surged toward the camera chanting, "Let's go, champ!" 

Should a bench cheerleader position be unavailable, with his kind of size and intensity, Fielder could make a special kind of enforcer.

What say you, Dallas Stars? Under some helmet and pads (provided he keeps them on), he would be mighty convincing!
