Chance the Rapper to Debut Redesigned Chicago White Sox Hats with 1st Pitch

"For true Chicagoans, the White Sox are a part of our DNA," says Chi-Town native Chance the Rapper in the baseball club's new introduction reel. 

Now, there's also a part of Chance the Rapper in the White Sox's new caps. 

In a collaboration with New Era, the hip-hop artist has redesigned the team's latest head apparel, taking cues from the squad's famous pinstripes for two of the three new colorways.

But he didn't stop there.

Chance also put a little comedy in his commercial sales pitch:

And when the limited-edition gear goes on sale Friday, he'll be front and center, throwing out the first pitch.

It's safe to say that he's woven himself well into the fabric of the team.
