Rowan Kavner of Clippers.com noted that Green will play against Utah on Friday.
Green Has Been Dependable for Clippers
Green, 29, has been solid at forward for the Clippers since coming over in the trade that sent Lance Stephenson and a first-round pick to the Memphis Grizzlies. For the 2015-16 season, he's averaging 11.8 points and 4.2 rebounds in 28.4 minutes per game.
Losing Green would be a serious blow for the Clippers. While he doesn't have the impact of Chris Paul, Blake Griffin or DeAndre Jordan for the team—and he doesn't provide the instant offense of Jamal Crawford—Green is capable of playing both forward positions and offers scoring, rebounding and defense.
