Veteran Carter Still Provides Scoring Threat

Carter’s minutes nearly doubled from January to February (11.3 to 20.4), and he shot the ball better in that transition as well, increasing his field-goal connections from 34.1 to 45.9 percent. 

He may not be the lights-out superstar he once was, but as the Grizzles hope to cling to a playoff spot—they’re 5.5 games above the buffer—even a shell of Carter’s former self is an asset at this point.
