WWE SmackDown Spoilers: Complete Results and Analysis for March 10
WWE hits a Roadblock on the Road to WrestleMania this Saturday night on the company's revolutionary streaming network, but before Dean Ambrose battles Triple H for the world heavyweight title and Brock Lesnar squares off with Bray Wyatt in a double main event, Superstars and Divas rolled into Milwaukee Tuesday night for this week's SmackDown television tapings.
Thanks to our friends at WrestlingInc.com, we have all of the results you can expect to see from Thursday's USA Network broadcast.
The Lunatic Fringe was at the center of Tuesday's event, teaming with Dolph Ziggler and The Usos to battle The Wyatt Family in a gigantic Eight-Man Tag Team war. Would he be able to shake off the tremendous pain and punishment he has endured at the hands of Triple H, Brock Lesnar and Bray Wyatt over the last three weeks to secure the win for his team, or would the destructive villains emerge victorious?

Modern-Day Dream Matches 💭

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
Just 24 hours after a shocking heel turn that left AJ Styles lying on his back, beaten and humiliated, Chris Jericho addressed his actions. What explanation did he give for turning his back on his partner and erasing any momentum Y2AJ had made prior to Monday's show?
Fans found the answers to those two pressing questions, as well as many more, as the Superstars and Divas went live-to-tape for SmackDown.

Result
- Miz TV kicked off the show, gathering Sami Zayn and intercontinental champion Kevin Owens together for the first time since the former's return on Raw. Neville interrupted, and a tag team match was booked.
- Neville and Zayn defeated Owens and The Miz when Zayn pinned Miz.
- Brie Bella defeated Summer Rae. After the match, Lana attacked and laid the winner out with The Bella Buster.
- Chris Jericho cut a "great heel promo" in which he burned a Y2AJ T-shirt. AJ Styles interrupted but was attacked by The Ascension. He rebounded and cleared the ring, leaving Konnor and Viktor to stare Y2J down.
- The League of Nations' Sheamus and King Barrett defeated Sin Cara and United States champion Kalisto when Barrett pinned Sin Cara.
- Ryback cut a promo on Kalisto.
- Dean Ambrose, The Usos and Dolph Ziggler defeated The Wyatt Family.

Analysis
You mean to tell me The Wyatt Family was booked strongly on Monday Night Raw, only to turn around and lose the next night?
I would have never guessed.
It is a recurring pattern with the faction, one that has doomed it to mediocrity for three straight years, and it does not appear as though WWE Creative has any plans to alter the way it books in order to better suit them.
News coming out of Tuesday's show, bigger than another babyface tag team main event win, was the teased relationship between Chris Jericho and The Ascension.
Konnor and Viktor were last seen making up two-thirds of Cosmic Wasteland, but that faction has been thrown to the wayside, as has Stardust, leaving the former NXT tag team champions without anything better to do. Pairing them with Jericho in hopes that Y2J can provide them with the spark necessary to connect with fans and finally get over on the main roster may be the perfect recipe for success.
If the promo is any indication, it appears as though Kalisto is preparing for a United States Championship match with Ryback at WrestleMania. The two wrestled a solid match in the WWE Championship Tournament a few months back, and The Big Guy will almost certainly be looking to avenge his upset loss in that match.
Sami Zayn's SmackDown debut looks, at least on paper, like a fun one. While all eyes are on his interaction with Kevin Owens, do not dismiss The Miz. The host of the talk show the Superstars will appear on has been phenomenal of late, both on the microphone and inside the squared circle. Do not be surprised if he somehow winds up in the hunt for the Intercontinental Champion sometime before WrestleMania.
Overall, SmackDown looks like another solid wrestling show. Feuds are advanced, good wrestling is to be had in abundance and Chris Jericho cuts a heel promo for the first time in years, all elements of a successful broadcast.
