Cubs Participate in Respect Bald Event, Shave Heads to Raise Money for Charity

For the second straight year, the Chicago Cubs are taking a break from baseball during spring training to promote a good cause.

On Saturday, the Cubs held their annual Respect Bald event in which participants shave their heads to raise money for manager Joe Maddon's Respect 90 Foundation, which supports pediatric cancer research and programs. And yes, Maddon was among those who got a haircut.
