Huddersfield Town Reveal 2016/17 Season Ticket Will Cost Just £179
Huddersfield Town have confirmed at least 10,000 season tickets for the 2016/17 season will go on sale for just £179.
That works out at an average of just £7.90 per game and represents a huge reduction, with a season ticket this year costing between £295 and £560.
Club chairman Dean Hoyle has introduced the scheme in an attempt to combat struggling attendances, which have fallen from 15,068 to 13,541 since 2012/13.

The move was welcomed by Town fans, including Steve King of the Supporters' Association, who told the Examiner:
"It would be a great move. You would surely expect at least 10,000 to buy tickets at that price and hopefully many more. It would make us one of the lowest-priced clubs in the Football League, never mind the Championship."
