Jones was active against Louisville on Feb. 20 but never played any minutes.

Krzyzewski Comments on Jones Injury

Thursday, Feb. 18

"Matt's really sprained his ankle pretty badly," Krzyzewski said following the win, according to ESPNU on Twitter.

Jones Injury Added to Duke's Depth Issues

Duke's rotation has been severely limited of late.

Freshman Luke Kennard scored 15 points in 32 minutes off the bench on Feb. 17 but scored just nine points in 36 minutes against Louisville.

Kennard has been a boom-or-bust commodity as a scorer all season long, but a 30-point outburst against Notre Dame and a 26-point effort against N.C. State recently proved he can shoulder a segment of the scoring burden for the banged-up Blue Devils.
