9-Year-Old Manchester City Fan Learns He Will See His Team Play for 1st Time

The moment a youngster learned he would see his first Manchester City game has been caught on film, and it's predictably adorable.
Nine-year-old Louie Jordan travelled with his parents Ben and Hannah from Chichester to Manchester on Sunday, all the while thinking he was simply visiting family.

That was until his father revealed they would actually be heading to the Etihad to see Manuel Pellegrini's side entertain Tottenham Hotspur.
"I told him we could perhaps go to the City shop and to see the Etihad but he had no idea that we were going to see the game," 41-year-old Ben told Alex Hibbert of the Manchester Evening News. "I nearly gave the game away so many times by slipping up but luckily Louie didn’t realise until we told him just before kick-off."
Christian Eriksen's late winner spoiled the result for City, a 2-1 loss, but it didn't ruin an unforgettable day for Louie.
"Obviously we didn’t get the win but Louie didn’t seem to mind too much – I think he was just so excited to be able to go to his first game," his dad said.
