Conan O'Brien Spoofs Cam Newton's Post-Super Bowl Presser After Failed Joke
Having apparently taken notes on Sunday, talk-show host Conan O'Brien knew exactly how to handle himself during his post-joke press conference on Conan.
Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton has been under fire for the way he handled his postgame presser after a 24-10 loss to the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl 50. In the press conference, the NFL's 2015 MVP gave short answers and ended the media session by abruptly walking away from the microphone.
Many thought the quarterback could have handled the situation better, although some have softened their stance since it became known that Broncos cornerback Chris Harris Jr. may have played a role in Newton's walk-out.

Regardless of the reason behind the rough press conference, it gave the late-night shows some material to work with. O'Brien seized the opportunity and held a presser of his own after one of his jokes fell flat during the show. Just like after the Super Bowl, this presser could have gone better.
