WWE NXT: Full Preview, Match Card and More for February 10
Welcome to Bleacher Report's preview for this week's episode of WWE NXT, where we'll take a spoiler-free look at what's in store for the developmental brand's upcoming episode.
We're still several weeks away from NXT TakeOver: Dallas on April 1, so it's going to be a slow build leading up to the event. Whether you see that as a good or bad thing will depend on your level of patience.
The good news is that a title match on Wednesday's show features one of the company's most popular female performers.

Let's take a look at what's on tap for this week's episode of NXT.
The Men
Elias Samson has picked up two wins in recent weeks, and he will look to continue building on that streak when he faces former TNA standout Jesse Sorenson.
NXT has needed to build some new stars internally for a while now. The last few people to get pushes were established stars before getting to WWE, so it's great to see someone like Samson getting a shot.
Sorenson has a reputation for being a solid performer, so this should be an entertaining match regardless of who wins.
If Samson can pick up the win, it will be a sign of him finally being rewarded for all the times he put other people over during the last year.
The only other singles match from the men will see Johnny Gargano go up against NXT's resident outsider, Baron Corbin.
Corbin is pursuing the NXT Championship, so it's unlikely Gargano will defeat him right now. It's not that Gargano isn't talented, he just isn't winning a lot lately.
Unless something crazy happens, this will likely be a quick match to establish Corbin's dominance to help build him up before his next title shot.
The Tag Teams
The Hype Bros will be in action this week when they take on a pair of local talents, which we all know is code for "jobbers."
Even if this is a throwaway squash match, seeing Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley win is a good sign that NXT is taking them seriously as a team.
The tag team division in NXT is good, but it can always be better. It's a safe bet that the main roster will call up at least one of the established teams in the next few months, so guys such as Rawley and Ryder will be important to keep the division going.
The great thing about The Hype Bros is how excited they get every time they step through that curtain. Their gimmick hypes the fans, and that is going to help set the tone for the rest of the night.
The Women
Two matches from the women's division will take place this week. The first will see Alexa Bliss take on the former Funkadactyl, Cameron.
This one could go either way. Neither woman is being pushed hard as a singles competitor, so whoever wins won't gain much.
It will be interesting to see how Cameron performs in this bout. She hasn't been around much in recent months because she has been training at the Performance Center, so this will be a big test to see if she has improved.
Bliss is someone whose talents have yet to be discovered by the majority of fans. She was showing signs of improvement before being paired up with Team BAMF, so this is her chance to show everyone she is more than just a valet.
The main event of this week's show is the match everyone will be looking forward to. Bayley will defend her NXT Women's Championship against Carmella.
It's always fun to see two babyfaces wrestle because there is the possibility of one of them turning heel, but based on the two women involved, it's more likely this will be a fair and balanced contest.
Bayley and Carmella, known collectively as Baymella on social media, are close friends in real life. This will be one of the first opportunities they will have to work against each other, and that always makes things more interesting.
Even if she doesn't win, a great performance from Carmella will go a long way. She has the charisma to go far, but it's going to be wrestling ability that takes her to the next level.
Most of this week's show looks like it's business as usual for the developmental system, but the main event will be enough to bring people in. What are you looking forward to seeing on this week's episode of NXT?
