UNDER 8 Toronto Blue Jays/Seattle Mariners:
Interesting matchup tonight at Rogers Centre in Toronto as rookie Doug Fister opposes Blue Jays ace Roy Halladay as both of these teams play out the string late in September.

Seattle has really had a nice season after last year’s collapse under high expectations. They really should have some positive momentum coming into 2010. Tonight, they’ll send youngster Doug Fister (2-3, 4.37) to the mound. Fister has done a nice job since his mid summer call up.

Roy Halladay (15-10, 3.01) is having a typical Halladay season. A lot wins, a lot of innings pitched and of course, trade rumors. He probably won’t win the Cy Young this year, but will finish in the top 5 as he usually does. Expect another strong effort tonight, as it could be his last start as a Blue Jay in Toronto.
