WWE Raw: Potential Spoilers, Rumors, News and Preview for January 25
The aftershocks from the events of Royal Rumble 2016 will shape WWE Raw on Jan. 25.
The Wyatt Family bombarded Brock Lesnar. AJ Styles marched onto the WWE landscape. And Triple H outlasted and outsmarted everyone en route to the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
WWE Creative will have no shortage of storylines to toy with. Does Lesnar respond to the beatdown from The Wyatt Family? Who emerges as Styles' first rival? How does Roman Reigns earn his way back to title contention when The Authority wants so badly to hold him back?

Fresh Backstage WWE Rumors 👊

Modern-Day Dream Matches 💭

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
Monday's Raw will answer those questions and more as the AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami hosts the post-Rumble show. Backstage reports, a snippet from an interview and James Wortman's five-point preview on WWE.com offer several hints of what's to come.
News, Potential Spoilers
Now that he is managing his daughter, Charlotte, Ric Flair appearing on Raw is commonplace of late. His guest for Monday night, though, is someone who hasn't been in a WWE ring in a long, long time.
In an interview with the Miami Herald's Jim Varsallone, Flair revealed that he "will be in Miami," and said, "I'm bringing [NFL Hall of Famer] Lawrence Taylor with me."
Taylor got involved with WWE back in 1995. The linebacker headlined WrestleMania XI opposite Bam Bam Bigelow.
Kalisto will have to continue to go it alone. The other half of The Lucha Dragons is still on the mend. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter (h/t Ringside News' Steve Carrier), Sin Cara isn't expected to return to action until next month.
Although he's perfectly healthy, don't expect much from Tyler Breeze on Monday night.
The Gorgeous One is reportedly in the WWE doghouse. According to PWInsider Elite (h/t Wrestling Inc's Marc Middleton), some members of management became angry with Breeze after he requested to leave a taping early. Word is, some felt that the newcomer was disrespecting the business.
That would explain his recent booking. He went from fresh commodity to nobody in a flash.
PWTorch's James Caldwell noted, "Brock Lesnar, who did not win the Rumble after being dragged out by The Wyatts, is not advertised for Raw." Caldwell also pointed out that Chris Jericho is announced for Monday's Raw.
Royal Rumble Fallout
On Sunday, Kalisto again knocked off Alberto Del Rio, and again seized the United States Championship. His issues with Del Rio, though, appear to be far from over.
In the WWE.com five-point preview, Wortman wrote, "How will Del Rio and The League of Nations attempt to exact revenge on the two-time United States Champion?"
Whether that means Del Rio leads the way as his faction beats down Kalisto or another member of the group remains to be seen. Fans have seen a lot of Del Rio vs. Kalisto in a short span. The smart move would be to have Sheamus or Rusev look to dethrone the luchador.
After Styles made his debut at the Rumble, it looks as if fans won't have to wait long to see him storm into Raw.
Wortman teased Styles appearing on Monday's show when he wrote, "Following his successful and jaw-dropping Royal Rumble match appearance, might the worldwide sensation emerge once again on Raw?" That would make a ton of sense. Make use of him while the audience is still buzzing about him.
WWE, however, may be taking a more patient approach with Bray Wyatt and Lesnar's issues. Wortman hinted at The Wyatt Family seeking new prey for the moment. He asked, "Now that The Eater of Worlds and his flock have beaten the unstoppable Lesnar for the time being, who will feel their wrath next?"
Perhaps the plan is to have The Wyatt Family cause havoc for a few weeks until The Beast Incarnate's next Raw appearance.
As for the Divas Championship, WWE clearly intends to insert Sasha Banks into the mix.
She attacked Charlotte after the champ's successful title defense at the Royal Rumble. Becky Lynch may not just be stepping aside, though.
Wortman hinted at Lynch possibly remaining in the title picture when he wrote, "How will Charlotte—and Becky Lynch, for that matter—respond to The Boss' brazen actions?"
Monday's key story will certainly be Triple H winning the Rumble and the WWE title.
As we have seen so often in the past, it looks like the heel champ will receive some kind of coronation ceremony or party. Wortman asked, "Now that The Authority is once in possession of sports entertainment's crown jewel, how will Triple H and the rest of the McMahon family celebrate on Raw?"
WWE should expect a ratings bump with this following up a major pay-per-view. How much will The Game as champion move the dial beyond that?
That depends on whether crowning a veteran turns people off, or if Triple H's status as a heel gets fans to watch him fall.
Miami is traditionally a hot crowd. WWE largely nailed the booking at the Royal Rumble. With the company's momentum heading in the right direction, Monday's Raw promises to be a strong one.
