Michigan Football Thursday: Keep Your Purse at Home
Big House Bag Restriction
With the terror threat higher this week, no bags will be allowed in the Michigan Stadium for the Homecoming/IU game. So, keep the purses and bags of snacks, drinks, and other "spirits" at the tailgate.
Moose Will Be Back On Saturday
David Moosman will be back on Saturday and will play center, replacing the injured David Molk. A decision hasn't been made as to who will start at right guard—Moose's regular position.
Last week, John Ferrara played there, but Mark Huyge might move there from tackle. And if that happens, Perry Dorrestein would fill in at tackle.
Concern For Minor
Brandon Minor continues to have problems with his injured ankle. He is again a game-time decision and will not get the start on Saturday. This continues to be a concern and I hope Michigan has its best running back for MSU next week.
Flu Alert
A couple of freshmen have the flu and have been separated from the rest of the team. The training staff doesn't expect it to be the Swine Flu, but they are taking proper precautions.
Don't Expect Ohio WR/Safety Recruit Swigert To Become a Wolverine.
Bobby Swigert wants to play wide receiver in college and Michigan wants him as a safety.
