Kevin Durant to Sign and Send Shoes to Young Fan with Cystic Fibrosis

Kevin Durant is no stranger to making wishes come true. As recently as Christmas, he gifted a pair of shoes to a young fan who beat cancer. 

Now, Mr. Durant is at it again.

A 17-year-old girl named Brooke had a goal to get the Oklahoma City Thunder star to design a shoe for cystic fibrosis awareness. Brooke, who has the disease, thought it'd be great to get some help from her favorite basketball player.

Durant found out about the post (which now has over 200,000 shares on Facebook) and responded with his own:
