Start 'Em, Sit 'Em Week 15: Fantasy Football's Top Locks and Flops
There's no doubt that Russell Wilson's hot streak is going to come to an end sooner or later.
But it's not going to be this week, when the rampaging Seattle Seahawks host the vulnerable Cleveland Browns.
The Seahawks have won four games in a row after a very un-Seahawk-like first 10 games of the season. Over the last four weeks, the Seahawks have played like they want to make their third straight Super Bowl run, and this time it's quarterback Russell Wilson who is the driving factor.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Wilson has been firing the ball as if he believes he is the best quarterback in the NFL. While he is not, he is the hottest.
Wilson has thrown for 3,289 yards while completing 68.8 percent of his passes. He has also thrown 26 touchdown passes and seven interceptions. But a look at the last four weeks reveals that Wilson is now at a level that he has never been at before. He has a 16-0 TD-to-interception ratio over that time frame, and he has averaged 292.8 yards per game.
Wilson's last two games were on the road against Minnesota and Baltimore. He goes home this week as the Seahawks host the Cleveland Browns.
The Browns have some hard-hitting defensive players in their lineup, but they are not a fast defensive team. Wilson and receivers Doug Baldwin, Tyler Lockett and Jermaine Kearse should be able to do whatever they want against Cleveland's vulnerable, 25th-ranked defense.
The Seahawks will roll up at least 35 points in this game, and Wilson will throw four TD passes. Make sure he is in your fantasy lineup.

Fantasy Locks
RB Adrian Peterson, Minnesota Vikings
Just what are the Chicago Bears going to do to slow down Adrian Peterson? That task seems well out of range, as the Vikings host their NFC North rivals after losing two games in a row to the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals.
The Vikings played much better against Arizona than they did against Seattle, and if they can match that same effort against Chicago at home, that should lead to a much-needed victory.
It should also mean a heavy dose of Peterson, who is leading the league in rushing and figures heavily in Mike Zimmer's game plan. The Vikings want to depend on their strong defense and powerful ground game because they want to limit the Bears' chances.
If they hold onto the ball with their ground game and can impose their will defensively, it should mean an outstanding game for Peterson.
He has carried the ball 268 times for 1,251 yards and nine touchdowns, but he has been held to 87 yards in his last two games.
The Bears are not likely to have that capability. They rank 25th against the run, and Peterson is likely to chew them up for four quarters. This should be a huge game with at least 125 yards for him.
WR Allen Robinson, Jacksonville Jaguars
There are a great number of receivers we could go with here, but the Jacksonville offense may be the most overlooked unit in football. While we could have gone with quarterback Blake Bortles, we are going with his No. 1 receiver Allen Robinson.
Robinson has already been targeted 130 times this season, and he has caught 66-1,084-12. Robinson has five TD catches in the least three weeks, and he was at his best two weeks ago, when he caught 10 passes for 153 yards and three touchdowns against Tennessee.
The Atlanta Falcons don't appear to be in a position to do much to stop him. The Falcons have lost seven of their last eight games, and their 17th-ranked defense has been trending downward. Robinson has too much speed, and he is always in the forefront of the Jacksonville game plan. He will get his opportunities and make his big plays, and he needs to be in your fantasy lineup.
TE Antonio Gates, San Diego Chargers
The San Diego Chargers close out the home portion of their schedule in Week 15, and if rumors are correct, the Chargers could be leaving San Diego before the start of the 2016 season.
That means this should be an emotional game for the team and its fans. While the Chargers have had a painful, injury-plagued season, expect them to play their best game against a Miami Dolphins team that has not played consistently this year.
Miami is coming off a home, Monday night loss to the New York Giants, so the Dolphins won't have much left in the tank.
Look for Philip Rivers and Antonio Gates to put on a show here. Those two have dominated many times over the years in front of the home fans, and they should do it again here. Look for Gates to have 100 receiving yards and catch two TD passes as the Chargers give their home fans something to remember.
Fantasy Flops
QB Eli Manning, New York Giants
This may be the game where all the poor clock-management decisions that the New York Giants have made come back to haunt them.
No, the Giants are not going to blow this game in the fourth quarter as a result of a poor decision by head coach Tom Coughlin. Instead, they are going to find that their high-powered passing game is limited by a superior defensive team in the Carolina Panthers.
Eli Manning, who has completed 63.8 percent of his passes and has a 28-10 TD-to-interception ratio, is not going to be able to throw the ball with the time and space he is used to getting against the Panthers, who rank second in total yards allowed and fifth against the pass.
Manning is used to seeing Odell Beckham Jr. run free and easy against most defenses, but that's not going to happen against Carolina. Opportunities will be limited to very few as the Panthers try to remain undefeated.
Look for defensive studs Luke Kuechly, Thomas Davis and Josh Norman to assert themselves and keep Manning from getting untracked. Keep Manning on your bench this week.
RB Matt Forte, Chicago Bears
When the Bears play a tough, divisional opponent like the Minnesota Vikings, they know they have to get the ball in the hands of their best players if they are going to have a chance to stay in the game for 60 minutes.
When a team has a powerful defense like the Minnesota Vikings and a sharp head coach like Zimmer, it is going to do everything it can to shut down the opposing team's best option.
The Bears' most talented offensive player is Matt Forte.
Forte has rushed for 721 yards and four touchdowns, and he has also caught 32 passes for 275 yards and a touchdown. When Forte is on his game, he is one of the most versatile players in the league.
Look for the Vikings to go after Forte hard early in the game and slow him down. Don't expect Forte to have more than 50 rushing yards and 30 receiving yards as the Vikings hold the Bears to single digits.
WR A.J. Green, Cincinnati Bengals
A.J. Green has had an excellent year for the Bengals, leading them in receiving and giving head coach Marvin Lewis the kind of production he needed from his No. 1 receiver.
Green has caught 76-1,169-8 thus far this season, and he has made a slew of big plays with 18 receptions of 20 yards or more.
Under most circumstances, we would expect Green to have a big game against the struggling San Francisco 49ers. But with quarterback Andy Dalton out with a broken thumb, the Bengals have to go with untested AJ McCarron under center.
The Bengals should be able to win this game with their backup quarterback, but look for McCarron to depend on his ground game here. Lewis will ask McCarron for a couple of plays early on, but we don't think that will be a trend in this game.
Don't expect Green to catch more than three passes in this game. He needs to remain on your fantasy bench.
