Rob GoldbergDec 5, 2015

NFL fans should prepare to be overloaded in Week 13.

Thanks to byes and Thanksgiving games, we haven't seen this much action on a Sunday since Week 3. With just the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions done for the week after their dramatic game Thursday, there are 15 games remaining to be played, giving fans tons of options to watch throughout the weekend.

Meanwhile, this also gives gamblers extra options to attack the best spreads and over/under lines available. Here is a look at complete predictions for the full slate of games, as well as a breakdown of some of the best totals to target.

Best Over/Under Bets

New York Jets at New York Giants (Over 47)

Earlier in the season, the New York Jets appeared to have one of the top defenses in football. That hasn't been the case lately, with mediocre offenses regularly scoring at least 20 points each game against this unit.

One of the biggest issues going into Sunday will be the absence of Darrelle Revis, who was ruled out with a concussion, according to Rich Cimini of ESPN. Marcus Williams is also unlikely to play.

That leaves few options to defend one of the best receivers in the NFL in Odell Beckham Jr. After Jarvis Landry torched Antonio Cromartie and Co. for 13 catches and 165 yards last week, Beckham has a chance to really put on a show. Of course, it doesn't really matter who is playing cornerback when you can make catches like this:

The New York Giants passing attack should thrive against the banged-up secondary and move the football all game long.

Meanwhile, the Jets offense should still be able to succeed against a Giants defense that has also been inconsistent this year. Ryan Fitzpatrick should feel comfortable in his home stadium despite the "road game" designation, while Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker could also be in line for big games.

The battle for New York (or New Jersey) should be a back-and-forth battle, but whoever wins, it will likely be a high-scoring game.

Kansas City Chiefs at Oakland Raiders (Under 44.5)

The Oakland Raiders have been fun to watch this year with one of the most exciting groups of young players in the league offensively. The combination of Derek Carr to Amari Cooper has huge potential and has already come through with great performances this season.

Unfortunately, this group has not fared well against elite defenses in 2015:

The Kansas City Chiefs had an inconsistent start to the year, but they have been lights out over the past two months, per BJ Kissel of KCChiefs.com:

Even if outside linebacker Justin Houston doesn't play, the rest of the front line is capable of creating tons of pressure, while the secondary continues to improve each week. This play has helped spur the current five-game winning streak to get the Chiefs back into the playoff race.

While Kansas City's offense has been more dynamic than many have given it credit for, this is still a run-first attack that will likely feature a lot of Charcandrick West and Spencer Ware on Sunday. This split will upset fantasy owners, but it will also consistently move the football and take time off the clock against Oakland.

The Chiefs should be able to keep up their recent momentum for their sixth win in a row, and if they do, you can bet it will be a low-scoring battle.

Carolina Panthers at New Orleans Saints (Under 50)

CHARLOTTE, NC - SEPTEMBER 27: Josh Norman #24 of the Carolina Panthers makes a game-saving interception of a pass to Brandin Cooks #10 of the New Orleans Saints in the end zone during their game at Bank of America Stadium on September 27, 2015 in Charlot

The thought for this line is that every New Orleans Saints game will light up the scoreboard. The defense has been pitiful, while Drew Brees and the offense can score against anyone.

However, this doesn't quite give enough credit to the Carolina Panthers defense. The unit ranks second in the NFL in yards allowed per game and third in points allowed behind the great play of Luke Kuechly, Josh Norman and others.

Head coach Ron Rivera credited part of Norman's emergence to the ability to let the players be themselves, per David Newton of ESPN.com:

"

I'll use Josh Norman as an example. When Josh first got here, he was just as flamboyant as he [is now], and I think to a degree we tried to get him to fall in line too much. He lost that personality and the bravado as to who he is.

There's a great saying: Respect your opponent, but believe in yourself. If you start worrying too much about that side of things and doing things completely the right way, you lose that little edge.

"

No matter the reason, the Panthers should be able to shut down a Saints offense that has struggled recently. Brees failed to record a touchdown pass last game for the first time in 45 games, and the team has scored just 20 points in the last two games combined.

Without the Saints holding up their end of the bargain, it will be tough to reach the highest game total of the week.
