Brady Ties Marino for 3rd Place with 420th Career Touchdown Pass
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady may have been less than thrilled after Sunday's 30-24 loss to the Denver Broncos, but he did manage to throw his 420th career touchdown pass during the game.
According to Pro-Football-Reference.com, his performance moved him into a tie with Dan Marino for third place on the all-time list for touchdown throws.
Brady entered the game with 417 career touchdown passes, having recorded three or more in four of his first 10 games this season.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
He quickly hooked up with star tight end Rob Gronkowski for a 23-yard score on New England's first drive, giving him 418 less than four minutes into the game.
With 10 minutes and 40 seconds remaining in the second quarter, Brady hit No. 2 tight end Scott Chandler for an 11-yard touchdown, taking advantage of Denver Broncos safety David Bruton, who was filling in for an injured T.J. Ward.
The touchdown pass to tie Marino was the most impressive of the bunch, with Brady finding backup running back Brandon Bolden on a perfectly executed wheel route on the first play of the fourth quarter.
Bolden burnt Broncos linebacker Danny Trevathan, then broke a pair of tackles and rumbled for the 63-yard touchdown to give the Patriots a 21-7 lead.
The play was most impressive on Bolden's end, but it still required a perfect touch pass from Brady to put the running back in position to pick up yards after the catch.
Brady figures to move past Marino in Week 13 against the Philadelphia Eagles, but it will still be quite some time before the MVP candidate has a shot to pass second-place Brett Favre (508 touchdowns) and all-time leader Peyton Manning (539).
