2016 NFL Mock Draft: Post-Week 12 1st-Round Predictions for All Prospects
The Tennessee Titans suffered a devastating last-minute loss to the Oakland Raiders on Sunday afternoon, but their reward might be the No. 1 pick in the 2016 NFL draft.
As the only 2-9 team in the league, the Titans are currently in position to own the first pick in April's draft, holding a narrow lead on the Cleveland Browns.
While Cleveland can fall to 2-9 with a loss on Monday night, due to the strength-of-schedule tiebreaker, the Titans would maintain their hold on No. 1.
The following mock draft was generated using the unofficial updated draft order with full-season strength of schedule as the tiebreaker.

Notable Picks
2. Cleveland Browns: Paxton Lynch

The recent decision by head coach Mike Pettine to bench Johnny Manziel all but ends the brief Johnny Football era in Cleveland.
According to ESPN.com, Pettine went on the Cleveland Browns Radio Network last week and said Manziel's actions have "led to much disappointment [and] frustration."
While Pettine might be gone after this season, a new head coach almost always wants to hand-pick his own quarterback.
The hype surrounding Paxton Lynch has been growing rapidly, perhaps too much. Bleacher Report's Ian Wharton, who has been among the leaders of the Lynch bandwagon for much of the season, recently stated he believes Lynch is a second-round prospect:
"Safe to say Paxton Lynch will finish with a 2nd round grade from me if he declares. Below where I had Derek Carr. Still like him long-term
— Ian Wharton (@NFLFilmStudy) November 27, 2015"
Wharton's view may be the logical approach to Lynch, a developing quarterback with limited experience against top competition, but a quarterback-needy team like the Browns is likely to reach to fill its need early in the first round.
3. Dallas Cowboys: Laremy Tunsil

This would be an odd situation for the Cowboys as a team with hopes of competing in 2016 with a healthy Tony Romo but owning a top-three selection.
Laremy Tunsil may not immediately fit into the Cowboys' plans, but it would be difficult to justify passing over the premier offensive lineman in this class simply to add a lesser player with more short-term value.
The Cowboys have been successful in recent years due to their dominant offensive line, but right tackle Doug Free will be 32 in January and has a team-friendly contract that expires after the 2017 season, according to Spotrac.
With only $1.5 million guaranteed in 2016 and 2017, the Cowboys can part with Free for a minimal cost whenever Tunsil is ready to take over.
Even if Dallas viewed Free as its starter in 2016, Tunsil's ability to create elite bookend tackles with Tyron Smith extends well beyond the life of Free's contract.
13. New York Giants: Shaq Lawson

Coming off a game in which the defense failed to record a sack of Kirk Cousins, Giants fans probably wish Lawson could be brought in immediately to help down the stretch.
New York's once-potent pass rush ranks dead last in the NFL with just 12 sacks on the season.
Shaq Lawson is a complete pass-rusher who may remind some Giants fans of Michael Strahan in terms of his style.
Unlike many of the elite edge-rushers in today's game who get to the quarterback with pure speed, Lawson wins with a combination of quickness and power.
14. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Taylor Decker

With so much focus on Joey Bosa and Ohio State's skill-position players, Taylor Decker has flown under the radar for much of the season.
While Laremy Tunsil and Ronnie Stanley remain the consensus top linemen in this draft class, Decker's steady production has his stock on the rise.
While Decker may lack the athleticism of some other linemen in this class, his strength makes him among the most consistent in both pass protection and as a run-blocker.
The Buccaneers have struggled to keep Jameis Winston on his feet this season, as he's been sacked 22 times, including five against the Colts on Sunday.
