WWE Survivor Series 2015: How to Fix Least-Promising Storylines so Far
There is serious intrigue surrounding the 2015 edition of WWE’s Survivor Series pay-per-view, but there are also some lackluster storylines bringing down the prestige of the card.
From a convoluted Divas Championship scene to a mediocre build for secondary matches like Dolph Ziggler vs. Tyler Breeze and Cesaro vs. Stardust, there is plenty of work to be done before the show.
Here is how to fix the least promising angles heading into Survivor Series.

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
The Women’s Division
The Divas Revolution was supposed to be a renaissance of women’s wrestling, but just a few months after several NXT stars were brought to the main roster, WWE booking has thrown the division back to where it was before.
Charlotte and Nikki Bella had a series of solid matches, but the storyline meant nothing and was discounted even further by the sudden turn by Paige. Add in the fact that Paige then turned back to a face before becoming a heel again, and the WWE Universe doesn’t know what to think.
Now, Paige is getting a shot at the Divas Championship at Survivor Series. Most fans agree that Charlotte should want to get revenge on Paige, but Sasha Banks should be the woman going to battle against the champion.
Dolph Ziggler vs. Tyler Breeze
The focus of Survivor Series will be the crowning of a new world champion and the tag team match featuring Kane and Undertaker squaring off against two members of the Wyatt Family, but there are several singles matches gaining momentum.
One of those battles is Dolph Ziggler vs. Tyler Breeze.
Breeze took a devastating loss in the first round of the title tournament, and Ziggler beat Miz to advance to a matchup with Dean Ambrose. WWE will look for a way out of that face vs. face battle, so Breeze should cost Ziggler the win.
At Survivor Series, the two men can finally have their first battle against each other, and fans will have a reason to support two of the more popular Superstars on the roster. Hopefully Breeze can get the marquee first win he needs.
Cesaro vs. Stardust
One storyline that has been going on for weeks and hasn’t gained any traction is the bizarre interactions between Cesaro and Stardust.
Stardust and The Ascension have been sitting at ringside for many of Cesaro’s matches, and it’s about time this angle had some progression. With Stardust out of the tournament and Cesaro likely eliminated Monday, this would be a singles match to add depth to the card.
An easy way to add intrigue to this matchup would be to add a stipulation. Whether it is a future shot at the Intercontinental Championship or a shot at the United States title, giving these two men something to fight for would make it a bout fans can get behind.
The WWE Universe wants to like both Cesaro and Stardust, and even a sliver of a storyline that fans can grab onto would be enough for this to be a worthy addition to the Survivor Series card.
