Latest on Quinn's Recovery

Monday, Jan. 4

"No definitive timetable for Quinn to get back on field though he intimated that he could miss some of offseason program," reported ESPN's Nick Wagoner.

Quinn Placed on IR

Thursday, Dec. 17

The Rams called up defensive tackle Doug Worthington to take Quinn's place on the roster, according to Wagoner

Rams coach Jeff Fisher announced Quinn was on the injured reserve list on Dec. 9, meaning he only played briefly in Week 10 after initially suffering the back injury in Week 8 against the San Francisco 49ers

Quinn Emerged as Premier Pass-Rusher

He has become one of the Rams' best pass-rushers, recording five sacks in eight games this season. With such speed off the end, he's extremely difficult to stop. Add the kind of power he possesses to his arsenal of skills, and he is one of the game's best pass-rushers.

It's never more evident than in his forced fumble of Drew Brees

Quinn is just a piece of a very talented Rams defensive line that includes the likes of Aaron Donald, Michael Brockers and Chris Long.

When healthy, they are a defense that could take on any high-powered offense in the league and do damage.
