WWE Survivor Series 2015: Undercard Matches Fans Deserve to See

Aaron BowerNov 10, 2015

With the end of WWE's World Heavyweight Championship tournament dominating the billing at Survivor Series 2015, it could be easy for the undercard matches to get lost in the shuffle.

However, there are plenty of bouts going on elsewhere which will capture the imagination of WWE fans, as a number of divisions get a deserved run-out on the night.

What's more, these matches could be the ones fans really deserve to see. Here's a couple of examples.

The Usos vs. The New Day

Given the amount of people competing in the world title tournament, a fair few matches have not been locked in yet for the rest of the card.

But one match fans can expect to see is in the tag division, with reigning champions The New Day taking on The Usos with the titles on the line.

Jimmy and Jey have made a real impact since Jey returned from injury on a recent taping of Raw. They have been a breath of fresh air for the entire division once again and look set for a compelling feud with The New Day.

And as for the reigning champions, any bout or rivalry they're involved in these days is worth watching. They still bring real energy and chemistry to any feud they have, and this one with The Usos could be seriously good.

With Kofi Kingston and both Usos bringing real high-flying energy to whatever matches they're involved in, this will be a masterpiece inside the ring as well out of it.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Tyler Breeze

Although Dolph Ziggler is still technically in the tournament to determine the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion, expect that to change before Survivor Series.

With the final four the ones likely to advance to Survivor Series, don't expect Ziggler to get beyond the final eight and his match with Dean Ambrose.

That means Ziggler will be freed up for another bout elsewhere, and after a disastrous angle with Lana, Summer Rae and Rusev, WWE fans deserve to see Ziggler competing elsewhere.

He will surely pick up his rivalry with Tyler Breeze after his participation in the world title tournament comes to an end. In fact, Breeze could get involved in Ziggler's match to actually cost him the chance of progressing to the final four.

It's a bout fans deserve to see because it will be fascinating to see how Breeze's adaptation to the main roster goes when wrestling on pay-per-view for the first time. He's shown on NXT that he is a talent, and a rivalry with someone as solid a worker as Ziggler is a great first feud for him to have.

Plus, WWE has been a bit off its game lately regarding Ziggler's booking. Taking on fresh blood like Breeze could be a great way to kick him fresh energy moving towards the end of the year.

Paige vs. Charlotte

The Divas division has struggled latelynobody can deny that.

WWE took its time to finally turn Paige heel and inject some enthusiasm in the whole division, but now that Paige is the villain, things are starting to look a little brighter.

She's slated to take on Charlotte at Survivor Series with the Divas Championship on the line, which should be an exciting match in more ways than one.

For instance, Charlotte and Paige's rivalry seems more personal and more hostile than any other in this whole Divas Revolution angle; that alone makes it a match worth watching.

Any rivalry in which tensions are high following a turn from one of the participants is always worth tuning in to see, and Charlotte and Paige will surely do the Divas division proud at Survivor Series.

It'll also be interesting for fans to tune in and see how soon WWE opts to go with Paige as the new champion. She's given the whole division such a boost that it will only be a matter of time before that happens. It's how long this entire rivalry lasts that is the question.

Regardless of the outcome, though, the match will be energetic and exciting and have plenty of edge to it. It's exactly what the Divas division has needed for months.
