Greg Hardy Offers Signed $100 Bill as Substitute for Panthers Helmet
Apparently, Greg Hardy would rather pay you $100 than sign your Carolina Panthers gear.
Yep. His grudge against the team that paid him $13.1 million to sit on the bench while facing domestic violence charges last season is still that real, and now hopeful fans just looking for autographs are suffering as a result.
The Dallas Cowboys defensive end was doing a promotional signing at a local sports bar Monday night when one fan brought him a newly purchased mini Panthers helmet to sign. But according to the Dallas Morning News' Jon Machota, the former Panther refused—nay, straight up said, "No, I can't do it."

Instead, the fan walked away with an unsigned helmet from a team that he doesn't root for and a virtually useless $100 bill from straight out of Hardy's wallet signed "Kraken" that he will just spend more money on to frame.
Yeah, that's a fair trade.
Well, at least the fan pretended it was.
"I was a little irritated because I spent $37 on the mini helmet," the fan told the Dallas Morning News. "But he offset it by throwing down the $100 bill. I was a little surprised. It made me feel better."
