DeMarco Murray Injury: Updates on Eagles Star's Hamstring and Return
Philadelphia Eagles star running back DeMarco Murray's tough start to the 2015 season got worse when he injured his hamstring at practice Sept. 23.
He was inactive for Week 3, but the team announced Murray is active for Week 4 versus the Washington Redskins.
Murray opted to leave the tremendous offensive line of NFC East rival Dallas as a free agent this past offseason in favor of the Eagles' uptempo system masterminded by Chip Kelly. It hasn't worked out so far, as Murray has a meager 11 rushing yards on 21 carries in two games.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
"He's frustrated. All the backs are frustrated," Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford said of Murray Wednesday regarding the team's inability to run the ball, per CSNPhilly.com's Reuben Frank.
Charles Robinson of Yahoo Sports put in context how awful Murray's start in Philly has been after the Eagles fell to 0-2:
"QB Sam Bradford led the #Eagles in rushing today with 9 yards. DeMarco Murray rushed 13 times for 2 yards. Incomprehensible.

Adding Murray back to the fold with Ryan Mathews and the speedy Darren Sproles gives the Eagles more versatility in the backfield. Now they just have to produce.
