Hurricanes Troll Eagles, Flyers, Phillies With Wild Stat in Viral Post After Win in Philadelphia

Philadelphia sports fans can't be thrilled with the Carolina Hurricanes amid what has been a bad stretch for the city.

The Canes trolled the Eagles, Flyers and Phillies on social media, noting that they've had more success in Philadelphia recently than those teams have.

The post came after Carolina's 4-1 win over the Flyers in Philadelphia on Sunday. The Flyers have started the season 0-5-2, losing to the Hurricanes last Saturday as well.

The Flyers set a franchise record with their seventh straight loss to begin the season.

The Eagles, meanwhile, haven't won in Philadelphia since their season opener against the Washington Commanders. The Phillies' season ended at the hands of the Atlanta Braves in the wild-card series, and their last home win came in the regular-season finale against the Tampa Bay Rays.

Things aren't looking great for Philadelphia sports at the moment, and the Hurricanes only added salt to the wound on Sunday.
