New NFL Trade Rumors on Marvin Harrison Jr., Jerry Jeudy, Khalil Mack After Joey Porter Jr. Deal
After the Dallas Cowboys acquired cornerback Joey Porter Jr. from the Pittsburgh Steelers last week, it sounds like the trade market will continue to heat up.
During this week's episode of Sunday NFL Countdown, ESPN's Adam Schefter listed Arizona Cardinals receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., Cleveland Browns receiver Jerry Jeudy and Los Angeles Chargers edge rusher Khalil Mack among the "names to watch" ahead of the Nov. 10 trade deadline.

Report: Baker May Miss Up to 6 Weeks
Entering Week 4, Harrison has been one of the league's most disappointing receivers this season, with just four catches for 73 yards and no touchdowns. ESPN's Jeremy Fowler recently reported that tight end Trey McBride and wide receiver Michael Wilson "are clearly the Cardinals' primary options," and the 2024 No. 4 pick "would have a market, though not for a high pick (possibly a quality Day 3 pick, as one team forecasted)."
According to Schefter, the Cardinals "are not all that enthralled with trading him, but other teams are doing their due diligence into Harrison," so it "would not be a surprise" if he's moved before next month's trade deadline.
In Jeudy's case, the emergence of rookie wide receivers Denzel Boston and KC Concepcion has made him expendable in Cleveland. The seven-year veteran has just five catches for 62 yards and no touchdowns. Schefter reported that with "Jeudy being squeezed out, he could be had before the trade deadline."
Mack re-signed with Los Angeles on a one-year deal this offseason hoping to help the team contend for a spot in the Super Bowl. However, the Chargers are off to a 0-3 start and have failed to establish themselves as title contenders. Schefter reported that with Mack hoping to compete for his first championship ring at this stage in his career, the Chargers "need to turn it around to keep him."
Schefter also named Tennessee Titans running back Tony Pollard and Arizona Cardinals edge rusher Josh Sweat as players to keep an eye on as the trade deadline approaches.
It will be exciting to see how things play out over the next few weeks as teams try to position themselves for the upcoming playoff race.
