Mike Evans Carted Off with Injury, Latest Updates on 49ers WR After Exiting vs. Cardinals

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Mike Evans will miss the remainder of Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals after exiting in the second quarter.

He was later ruled out with a rib injury.

After a particularly big hit, the six-time Pro Bowler appeared to be holding his right midsection. He was soon carted to the locker room.
