De'Von Achane Injured, Latest on Dolphins RB After Exit vs. Chiefs & Ollie Gordon II Fantasy Outlook
Miami Dolphins running back De'Von Achane has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs with a knee injury.
Achane exited early in the first quarter before the Dolphins provided the update in the third.
Running back Jaylen Wright was ruled out ahead of the game due to a stinger and a foot injury.
Ollie Gordon II will be slated to lead the Dolphins' run game for the remainder of the Week 3 matchup.
Achane fell after an awkward tackle on a short run early in the Dolphins' opening offensive drive.
His last play of the game was an 11-yard run for a first down, after which he was slow to get up.

Achane later returned to the Dolphins' sideline without pads but walking without a visible limp, per Melanie Collins of CBS.
Wright was limited throughout the week before he was ruled out of practice Friday with his injuries.
Dolphins coach Jeff Hafley said Friday he was "confident" Gordon could take on a larger role in Wright's absence.
There will now be even more pressure on Gordon to step up for Achane, who went into Sunday having recorded a team-high 31 carries while tying for the Dolphins lead with seven catches.
Gordon, 22, played just 15 offensive snaps and 13 special teams snaps over the first two games of the season, over which he amassed three carries for seven yards.
He could have increased fantasy upside if Achane, who had been on the field for more than 80 percent of the Dolphins' offensive snaps so far this season, misses extended time with his knee injury.
The Dolphins are also missing top wideout Caleb Douglas to an ankle injury. Malik Washington and Chris Bell could also see a bump in usage should the Dolphins focus on their passing game now that the team's top two running backs are sidelined.
