Islanders Unveil Nerds Gummy Cluster Grilled Cheese in New Concession Menu Item Photos

The New York Islanders are celebrating the start of the 2026-27 NHL season with brand new takes on grilled cheese and PB&Js.

UBS Arena is introducing a sourdough grilled cheese filled with brie and Nerds Gummy Clusters.

Concession stands at Islanders games will also sell an Uncrustable pulled pork tostada, featuring a fried peanut butter and jelly sandwich topped with pulled pork and grape jelly barbecue sauce.

The Islanders announced earlier this month Bo Horvat will succeed Anders Lee as team captain.

Horvat and the Isles are now preparing to open the regular season next Wednesday at the Toronto Maple Leafs before returning to UBS Arena the following Saturday for a home opener against the New Jersey Devils.
