Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers was ruled out of a Week 2 matchup with the New Orleans Saints due to a hamstring injury, the team announced Saturday.

Flowers previously left Baltimore's 41-23 win over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 1 due to the hamstring issue.

Fantasy football managers searching for waiver additions to temporarily replace him could target several options including Saints wide receiver Devaughn Vele, Miami Dolphins receiver Caleb Douglas and New York Jets receiver Adonai Mitchell.

Vele has already made an impact as New Orleans' No. 2 receiver this season, catching seven of his nine targets for 69 yards and a touchdown in Week 1. He's available in 62 percent of leagues, via FantasyPros.

Mitchell is coming off a season-opening performance in which he hauled in three receptions for 60 yards. He also faces a struggling Green Bay Packers secondary on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Douglas was targeted seven times in Week 1. He ended up catching five passes for 94 yards and is available in 68 percent of leagues, via FantasyPros.

As for Flowers, he initially suffered the hamstring injury during a joint practice with the Minnesota Vikings on Aug. 20 before he was sidelined for two weeks.

He returned to catch five passes for 150 yards and a score against the Colts, but was unable to finish the contest.

Flowers didn't participate in practice on Wednesday or Thursday, although he was a limited participant in Friday's session.

The Ravens will hope that he's able to return soon, as he wrapped up a 2025 campaign in which he reeled in a career-high 86 catches for 1,211 yards and five touchdowns. He earned his second consecutive Pro Bowl nod for his efforts.

Kickoff between Baltimore and New Orleans on Sunday is at 1 p.m. ET.
