Jesse Minter Reacts to 1st Win as HC After Lamar Jackson, Ravens Blow Out Daniel Jones, Colts

Jesse Minter's first game as the head coach of the Baltimore Ravens couldn't have gone much better.

Led by an MVP-esque performance from quarterback Lamar Jackson, 144 yards and three touchdowns on the ground from Derrick Henry and two turnovers forced by the defense, the Ravens opened the season with a 41-23 victory over the Indianapolis Colts.

"It's surreal a little bit, honestly," Minter told reporters after the win. "I don't know if it's actually hit me yet. It's a blessing to be where I'm at. Again, such appreciation for the opportunity given to me by this organization. And to have a ton of family here, obviously my dad on the sideline there at the end, very cool, very special moment."

Minter had big shoes to fill, replacing John Harbaugh, who won a title during his 18 years with Baltimore and led the team to 12 playoff appearances. But Minter's tenure is off to a solid start.
