Colts, Dolphins, More Reveal Concession Menu Items for 2026 Including Football-Shaped Tater Tots

With the college season in full swing and the NFL season set to begin this week, one thing fans need to be made aware of are the various speciality concession items on the menu at stadiums around the country.

On the NFL side, the Indianapolis Colts' selections include football-shaped tater tots topped with a choice of Buffalo chicken, Philly cheesesteak or vegan street-style toppings.

They are also offering loaded footlong corn dogs, dirty sodas and a limited supply of carved prime rib sandwiches with the latter item featuring a live countdown inside Lucas Oil Stadium to let fans know how many remain.

Since the Miami Dolphins' on-field product looks like it might leave something to be desired this season, they are putting some efforts into the menu to keep fans happy.

Dolphins Menu (Ingredients)

• Miami Dog: Footlong hot dog with classic Cuban sandwich flavors (ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard, signature Cuban-style sauce)
• Euro PBfit Dog: Crusty baguette packed with a hot dog, layered with PB Fit and sweet guava marmalade
• Giant Cuban: Two-foot Cuban sandwich with roasted pork, honey ham, Swiss cheese, infused with our secret sauce, and homemade dill pickles.
• 305 Sliders: Beef patty steamed with onions, topped with cheese, and served on a King's Hawaiian roll
• La Frita Smash: Classic Cuban frita served with seasoned beef and pork patty topped with crispy shoestring potatoes and special sauce on a King's Hawaiian roll

On the college side, DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium will have plenty to offer for fans in between watching the Texas Longhorns on their quest for a national title.

Special menu items offered by the Longhorns include a footlong brisket nacho dog; a big Tex bacon-wrapped hot dog; cake cups; dirty sodas; and various signature bites, including Katsu Corn Dog, Tandori Chicken Tostada, and Roasted Chili Prawn Skewers.

L&N Stadium in Louisville will have smoked chicken Chimichurri nachos served over Cool Ranch Doritos; an OG cheesesteak with hot cherry peppers and Kewpie mayonnaise; loaded hot dogs; and made-to-order double-stack burgers.

Missouri is bringing several items to the table, including hand-breaded Southern-style Tiger Tenders; a Kansas City burnt end hot dog; Stack burgers; and Shakespear's Pizza.

This past weekend marked the first full slate of college football games. The NFL season kicks off Wednesday with the reigning Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks hosting the New England Patriots in a rematch from February's game.
