The NFL Top 100 for 2026 is nearly complete with Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson revealed Wednesday at No. 3. He climbed nearly 60 spots from 62nd in 2025.

Robinson led the league in yards from scrimmage with 2,298. He ran for 1,478 yards and seven touchdowns while catching 79 passes for 820 yards and four scores.

During the 24-year-old's rookie season, there was a sense of frustration with how coach Arthur Smith deployed him. Smith's exit coincided with his emergence as an elite running back.

Atlanta will continue to put a lot onto Robinson's shoulders in 2026 given it's rolling out a two-deep rotation of Michael Penix Jr. and Tua Tagovailoa at quarterback. The running game is bound to be a focal point of the offense.

The Falcons did at least alleviate one burden for Robinson when they handed him a three-year, $66.8 million extension. He was briefly the highest-paid running back in NFL history until the Detroit Lions' Jahmyr Gibbs eclipsed him.

That payday is unlikely to dampen Robinson's motivation. He'll be looking to add another Pro Bowl and All-Pro honor to his resume, and he may consider it a challenge to retain a top-five ranking in the NFL's annual list.
