Chiefs Unveil 'The Mucho Melt' Concession Menu Item for 2026 NFL Season in New Photos
The Kansas City Chiefs will have a new concession menu item for fans to purchase at Arrowhead Stadium during the 2026 NFL season.
The Chiefs unveiled "The Mucho Melt," a Mexican-inspired dish made up of several layers including sourdough tortillas, yellow and blue corn tortillas, Guajillo-spiced beef, yuzu-pickled red onion, refried beans, sweet potato fries, cheddar cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo and tortilla strips.
The dish also comes with a side of pineapple skewers.

USA Flag Football's 14-Year Win Streak Snapped

Aramark chef Erin Wishon, who created the unique menu item, revealed that her fondness for baking cakes factored into the design.
"The goal of the dish was to create an over-the-top crowd pleaser that hasn't really been done," Wishon said. "Color, height and layers, with varying flavors and textures to add appeal. My love of baking cakes with all sorts of layers really came through in this savory application."
The Chiefs enter the 2026 season looking to bounce back from a 2025 campaign in which they finished with a 6-11 record, snapping their streak of 10 consecutive playoff appearances.
It's worth noting that Patrick Mahomes missed the end of the year after suffering a torn ACL in Week 15, but is pushing to return for Kansas City's season opener and help the team contend in the AFC once again.
The Chiefs will host the Denver Broncos in Week 1 on Sept. 14.
