Jake Paul Calls Out 'Soft' Nate Diaz, Trolls Khabib in Viral Video and Wants Mike Perry Fight

Jake Paul is doing a good job of stacking up feuds that he could pay off now that his promotion company has merged with Professional Fighters League.

Appearing on Friday's PFL event from New York, Paul called out Nate Diaz for being "soft" and urged him to "sign the contract" so they can duke it out in the ring and later tried to troll Khabib Nurmagomedov even though the former UFC lightweight champion didn't seem interested in taking the bait.

In a separate interview with TMZ Sports (starts at 5:25 mark), Paul cited a rematch with Mike Perry as something he would like to pursue along with a Diaz bout under mixed martial arts rules.

"Yeah, Nate Diaz. Mike Perry would be great," Paul said. "We love Mike Perry. The Nate conversation has been ongoing. It just never made complete sense. I think up until this moment, things just got a lot more serious with this announcement. So, I want the Nate Diaz MMA fight very, very bad."

Paul has previously squared off with Perry and Diaz in the boxing ring. He defeated both men, earning a unanimous decision victory over Diaz in August 2023 and a sixth-round TKO over Perry in July 2024.

The MVP-PFL merger has opened the door for Paul to potentially compete in mixed martial arts, as well as continue his boxing career. He suggested on Thursday that he could have his first MMA fight at some point in 2027.

A Nurmagomedov bout seems like it would be much harder to pull off if Paul was trying to do that. Nurmagomedov retired from competition in 2021 with a 29-0 career MMA record. He has since moved into coaching.
