Knicks' Josh Hart Trolls Donovan Mitchell over Mets' Struggles Ahead of 2026 MLB Trade Deadline

New York Knicks guard Josh Hart took some time to troll Cleveland Cavaliers star Donovan Mitchell, a noted New York Mets fan, ahead of the 2026 MLB trade deadline.

In a Monday post on X, Hart told Mitchell that the Mets "might want to make a move" since "it's looking dark at the bottom."

The Mets haven't been able to meet expectations this season, currently sitting in last place in the National League East standings with a 44-62 record.

The 2026 trade deadline is on Aug. 3 at 6 p.m. ET.
